SYMPTOMS
A task that is set to 100% complete does not show the complete indicator next to the task.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs when you set a task to 100% complete and then change the Actual Finish date to NA. Although the task remains 100% complete, the complete indicator will be removed.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, and show the complete indicator for the task, do either of the following:
- Re-enter the task as being 100% complete.
-or-
- Enter an Actual Finish date for the task.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the versions of Microsoft Project listed above.
