After producing an executable program (.EXE file) in Microsoft Visual Basic version 3.0 for Windows, if you want to distribute, sell or test that .EXE file on another computer that does not have Visual Basic version 3.0 for Windows installed, you need to know which files to distribute with your .EXE file.
