It is a "Microsoft MS-DOS 2.11 [Toshiba T1100 Plus OEM] (3.5-720k)" disk.
I used this as different OEMs (or generic) other than this OEM don't format or format correctly, but executes invalid code.

Is it possible to install a MS-DOS version that does not work and upload the virtual hard drive?
