Searching an old Space Invaders Clone (199X~2003)

Hello,
Like the title says, i'm searching an Space Invaders Clone.
I remember that i played it beetween 2001 and 2003.
But the game can be older.
Instead of shooting aliens, you have to shoot eyes.
The eyes has shoot you with rockets, i think the rockets were blue.
And there were no walls for protection for the own ship.
But i don't know the color of the ship.
It was playable together on one screen, i think the other player has a other colored ship.
When you have shoot on the ship, then it gives you a powerup.
I can remember that you get rockets, or there was a weapon that shoot fireballs really fast.
The graphic style was not like the original space invaders, it was more detailed and have much more colors.
I think it was not 3D accelerated, but the animations from the eyes, were prerendered sprites.
It can be SVGA 640x480.
The game was running on a Windows 95 machine with a Pentium MMX 200, 64MB Ram and a 2MB Matrox Mystique video card.
The game was in a german magazine on a CD.
I don't know if it was freeware or open source.

Can who help?
I hope this is understandly and i know there are much Space Invaders Clones.
