Cant access FTP upload server

Cant access FTP upload server

Hi,

currently after adding the ftp server with the upload credentials I'm not able to login. Any cause on why I cant login or was I given the wrong credentials??

Let's start with the most common cause of this problem. Do you by any chance have SSL encryption set to EXplicit? Because if so, it should be changed to IMplicit
