Packaging:
Not much packaging. I have a copy of the back of the Windows ME packaging that someone made, but that's it unfotunately. We used to have a full copy of the Retail version of Windows 95 with CD-ROM, but I don't know where it is now. It might have been thrown away . I also had the packaging from my Windows 95 Retail (about) 14 Floppy Disk
version but the packaging dissapeared not long after I took it home for an old 486 I purchased at a yard sale .

I wish I could take some pictures (and screenshots for the downloaded OS's) of this stuff but I'm not sure where my camara is. Also, I don't like to go wasting my time playing with modern junk when I could be installing an old Chicago Build or making an attempt to mimic Chicago Build 34. However, if you want pictures, just tell me and I'll try to take some pictures (and screenshots of the downloaded stuff) of these OS's.
I know pictures are expected but if you want pictures/screenshots I promise I'll try to take some. Also, I unfortunately have a Dial-Up connection but it won't be long before I have access to a DSL connection.

Again, if anyone wants pictures/screenshots, please tell me and I'll try my best.

What exactly is Warp 3 try n buy? is it like a live cd?

From the booklet:
"This OS/2 Warp Try and Buy CD-ROM contains a 45 day trial copy of the full OS/2 Warp product, plus an extensive set of office and communication applications called BonusPak.

It's an OEM version. Also, it might be dated 1996 because it's Windows 95A.

Also, you have a nice collection of retail OS CDs.

Probably looks more than it is because I spread them all out!

I think you should show the betas. hjort wants everyone to show their beta CDs. That's partly what this topic is about. Also, what's in your MSDN subscriptions?

He said alpha, beta, retail, whatever and also showed pics of non-beta CDs himself. In fact, hjort only showed pics of retail CDs.

There's a separate topic for beta discs The MSDN discs are various stuff, some Windows 3.1/3.11/95/NT3/NT4 stuff, Dos, SBS, betas, Office 97, Office 2000, SDKs, DDKs, etc

Well all I really have on CD is the 'major' OS',
Windows 98SE (only the setup files)
Windows 2000
Windows XP SP2
ALL Mac OS X from 10.0 > 10.4

I'm slowly building my colleciton of beta floppies and CD's, I've only 10GB of downloads a month, but with the neighbours 30GB/mth that should help

It's a big (1350 pages) book aimed at IT pros that tells you pretty much everything you could want to know about Windows 95 - in MS's words "The Professional's Companion to Windows 95 - the technical guide to planning for, installing, configuring and supporting Windows 95 in your organisation". There's also a CD "Resource Kit Utilities" included in a pocket in the back. I found this at a grab-it-if-you-want-it clearout of some old computer bits a while back so that's how it got into my collection

The Windows 95 Resource Kit is a manual provided by Microsoft. The manual includes information such as information about Setup, Troubleshooting, and deployment. As with other Resource Kits by Microsoft, utilities are provided.

I have got some older floppy's.

MS-DOS 5 and 3.0 on 5 1/4 floppy, never used.
