all on one bar... THIS CAN NOT BE!
They must be teaming up to destroy other browsers.... like Safari and Chrome!

I'm not sure who can actually make topics Sticky these days, I used to be able to do it but the option seemed to disappear a while ago

All mods can sticky or unsticky topics. The option is there for all mods if you edit the first post in a topic.

I think it used to be in the group of tickboxes in the Edit page but I think it disappeared a while ago, this is what it looks like for me for this topic, or am I just being stupid?

Discussing briefly with hounsell, it may have disappeared for mods after the phpbb3 upgrade.
