I think it's the BSOD, try to set the Windows to "don't restart when system failure".
To set it, press F8 when VMWare boots off the hard drive, and select that option.

Well, it seems that this build has problems when your host cpu is a Intel cpu. It works without any trouble on an AMD cpu.

Maybe you can try the F5 key when loading Windows Setup or try it on an AMD cpu.

I have an Intel Core i5 CPU, when selecting Uniprocessor, it takes a long time to load

Well, takes ~3/5 hours, but:

Installed on an Intel i7 host CPU with Qemu settings:
- WinXP
- Standard 64-bit PC (0.9.0) QMQC

Thanks to Rob for the screenshot :)

It seems the beta teams added the "AMD 64" text using MS Paint...

ultrawindows, can the QMQC emulator emulate the x86 64-bit (x64) implementation of the x86 architecture and instruction set on a 32-bit system? If so, could you please send me a link to it?

well QEMU Manager 5.0 can do x64 emulation on a 32-bit system with a 32-bit processor, and minimum RAM for that Server 2003 build is at least 128MB.

Could you please send me a copy of QEMU Manager 5.0? It would be greatly appreciated if you did, thanks.

I got this build to work in VMWare Player last year. Didn't seem to have any issues aside from getting VMWare Additions installed. Thread link.
