Do we really want to encourage users with so few posts, double posts, and requests before 15 posts?

I don't know what you mean by "added" to Windows 2000, but I can list some differences.
  • Welcome Screen
    No shutdown prompt
    No logoff prompt
    New user manager
That's all I can think of right now except for obvious beta differences (file a bug report).

Neptune had a little bit of a windows version confict... some files and the setup check to make sure you were not installing on a newer version of windows (when starting setup from inside windows) reported version or checked windows version agenst the version number NT 5.5.511x however the kernel (if i remeber correctly) reported the version as 5.0.511x see my screeny for something funny

Actually it has quite a few bugs, like the inability to update IE...

You do know that the Neptune build we're talking about is an alpha, don't you? If Neptune had been released one beautiful day, they'd have fixed that.
