Windows Disabling Network Device

Post by idontknow »

I just created an nLite installation and installed it on my computer. It works OK but I'm getting this weird error. When I turn on wireless and shutdown with wireless still on my Wired connection will be disabled and can't be turned on (Error says Connection Failed) apparently it says disabled but in Device Manager is still enabled. So I have to turn it off manually then renable it. Did I remove something I shouldn't or is a registry key missing or something else?

its probably something you did while using nlite. You should try repairing the operating system and see if that helps.

Also, if you "removed" network neighborhood, it will break networking.

Thats not it...

-I can't repair cause I removed that support from the disk
-Also I can access network resources, I remember one of my previous attempts I did not have network (or internet even without DHCP)

Any other help would be very useful, in a few days if I can't get this fixed... time to play around with LINUX!
