Theming for windows 9x...

This is windows98 I have in a vm:

Doesn't it look like xp and not 98?
Do you have any windows 9x builds with cool new themes?



edit-the run icon is different!

The only thing that gives is the run box icon. in xp it is different.

I could probably fix that, the only thing is I don't know where the image is located in xp.

Probably going to be shell32.dll in both Win98 and WinXP.

Actually, this patch is more than a theme, it actually improves stability if you read the description of the patch on the website. Anyway, people makes these themes/patches purely for fun so there isn't anything wrong with that .

Ahh that's even better than what I'm using, it basically turns windows98 into css and has it linked to images
This one gave my windows ME vm a nice windows 7 theme

Have any themes can work on the win98?I think we can install themes easily on windows 7 or vista or xp , but i don't know if any themes can be installed on windows 9x

We just talked about how if you download this revolutions pack 9, windows me can have xp, vista, and 7 themes.

You can install KernelEx and run a lot of NT/XP software.
Smaller programs have a higher probability to run.

KernelEx? That sounds good, I haven't know about it ever.

It forces incompatible apps to run so might crash the os.
