Windows NT 5.0 Euro editon?

Came over this in the photo gallery. What is it? All the logos says NT 5.0 but the build in 2195 wich is the RTM number?

Can anyone please explain?

win2000 pre-beta i would asume..

Its a patch for the final version which replaces some resources that it says NT 5.0 instead of 2000... it was made by some German group iirc...

Lemme set it strait. This is a patch meant to change the official, final build of Windows 2000, Build 5.00.2195, to look like an earlier build, before build 1946.
