Without any changes you can run:

present_level_radar.bat
present_level_physic.bat
present_level_vehicles.bat
present_level_generators.bat
present_level_ai_test_rats_flesh.bat

If you want to start all other levels simple replace user.ltx with user_fix.ltx

E - pick up weapon from the ground
MOUSE1 - shoot, drive/stop car
I - Inventory
F1 - camera 1
F2 - camera 2
F3 - camera 3
F4 - camera 4
R - repair
PageUp - zoom car view
PageDown - away car view

additional notes:
1. If you can't shoot just open inventory and double click on ammo 
it will go to right slot.
2. To close car doors just direct your gun sight to door and press E(in F1 mode)
