Microsoft Basic (5-9-1984) for the TI Professional Computer
Released in 1984 by Texas Instruments
ONLY for the Texas Instruments Professional Computer running MS-DOS
Image quality: Unmodified/no write notch
This is a special version of Microsoft Basic specifically tailored
for the Texas Instrument Professional Computer. Unlike most Microsoft
BASIC interpreters, TI did not bundle it with their MS-DOS, but sold
it as a separate product instead.
The TI Professional Computer was a non IBM hardware compatible x86
machine that ran a special adaptation of MS-DOS. As a result, this
adaptation of MS-BASIC is also not 100% compatible with BASIC
programs written for IBM PC.
Important: This software will not run on an IBM PC or compatible. It
will only run on a TI Professional Computer.
Important: There was some damage on the disk, the kryoflux and SCP
images will not create usable disk images. Please use the IMG or IMD
copies instead.
Archive includes one 5.25" 160k (8-sector single sided) floppy disk
image.
Note: This disk image uses a sector interleave of 2.
