This is ripped from a dreamcast devkit, and is supposedly playable on one.

The Game Files\ directory contains 

0.bin which is most likely the 1st_read.bin
Two driver files, type PVR
10 level files, type GDE

The Extra\ folder contains everything else related to the game that was ripped from the devkit:

180_atlantis.gde Different version level much larger than the one in the game files

audio64.drv; japanese driver
0gdtex.pvr; japanese driver
Copyrigh.txt; Sega Enterprises ltd
Biblogr.txt; Says the game is ecco deffender of the future?
Abstract.txt; The same
Config.txt; looks to be a loop for a demo
Config_renamed.txt; seems to be destroyed
0.bin very small bin file compared to the one in the game files
