This build is corrupted and requires files from build 2462 in order to be installed.
A video of a complete 2463 was shown on November 20, 2014 by WhistlerInstalls.

Installation
Copy the driver.cab from this build to the i386 directory of the build 2462 installation media and then copy the ntkrpamp.exe, ntdll.dll, ntkrnlmp.exe, and ntoskrnl.exe from the driver.cab or the i386 folder of this build to the i386 directory of build 2462. Run setup as normal, note that this will be build 3604 with kernel files from this build to identify it as build 2463.
