Can somebody make a diagram with the windows 7 builds, when they are build, like Beta, then RC, then RTM, then RC Escrow.

Then it's a bit more clearer for everybody, I have personally lost myself in those build.
Like Build 7106 (RTM-branch) and later the RC (7100) was compiled.

And I have heared also that many leaks are leaked by Microsoft itself.
To get more feedback.

Seems like there are not any at all... Only fixes and some performance, stability improvements.

UX Evangelist has got already a screenhost. It also says that the build is available for memebers of torrents.ru. (http://uxevangelist.blogspot.com/2009/0 ... eaked.html)

There is also a changelog online, but by most sites it is said that it is fake...

I don't have a link, you know I'd have posted it otherwise. Its up on Neowin's main page also now that its leaked, confirmed by some guy on MS's twitter whatsit that they build is at least genuine.

The ids-branches are basically for testing/fixing stuff and if any bug got fixed the changes go to the winmain-branch I think, since IDS builds are usually more unstable than other builds...

I wish they kept just compiling 1 build and a single line of builds.

Yeah such a graphic would be nice, but it would be kinda confusing, just remeber all these fbls and vbls... alone the Labs from Longhorn would make the graphic unclear...

Yeah, I think they do trial-balloon early builds by allowing them to leak. Either that or they don't bother complaining because they know that communities like us will try it and discuss it - so once they get wind of its leakage thay start keeping their eyes peeled.

And what is RC Escrow? I know what RC is, but I've only heard the Escrow term since Windows 7 became big.

An escrow build gets released to TAPs, OEMs and TechBeta testers before a milestone (RC or RTM) gets released to the public. The first "escrow builds" I have seen were the Vista SP1/Server 2008 RC0 builds. There also have been several Hyper-V escrow builds around that time.
