Activity Center in Longhorn

I heard that the activity centers which were plannen for ME were moved to Neptune and then to Longhorn.
Does a Longhorn Build exist where a part of an activity center is ?

Well, please remember that the Vista "Welcome Screen" is some new version of the old Activity Center. Although its not based on HTML, its still gives you the most specific options to start using Windows Vista.
