Various issues on Windows 8 build 8331 fbl_loc Italian

I'm completely unable to change the desktop background in the build mentioned in the above title. I also visited the DeskImg thread dating back to 2013, but I can't get it to work at all and I'm stuck with a black background. Running on real hardware: an ASUS F554LA with an Intel i3-4030U CPU with Intel HD 4400 GPU, 4 GB of RAM (2 usable), 100GB Fujitsu spare HDD. I also have another (unrelated) problem; that is installing Intel video drivers makes the screen flicker, with the only remedy being uninstalling the drivers by clicking the buttons without being able to see them or booting into Safe Mode. The third and last problem is that out of the 4GB of RAM, I am only able to use 2, while on the installation of 8.1 (64-bit Italian) I have on the other disk I'm able to use 3.89 GB out of the 4.

i know it has a broken timebomb, but it may still be preventing you from changing the background

Yeah I know that it's normal that it won't let you change the background, however DeskImg should allow you to do that
