Standalone educational software question

Post by fiz »

Hello, I've been rereading the list of acceptable and non-acceptable software and couldn't classify an educational software disc. It is a disc that was sold long ago, standalone (wasn't bundled with anything) with an interactive educational program on it, as well as some media. Does it fall under the category of courseware, or it is legitimate abandonware from the provided description?

If the edu software is part of the bundle with the software then it's fine, as long as both are bundled together.

The disc is essentially an installer for the software that has its media accessible through the software, so I guess it can be considered a bundle.
