Condition Zero leak - CZero-KPT.rar

Apparently there were two Counter-Strike Condition Zero leaks - the Axel Gembe leak in 2003, but also CZero-KPT.rar and Czero-KPT.txt
I haven't been able to find any information at all really about the first leak - does anyone remember it?
