Windows Me RTM Simp Chinese actually released July 19 2000

several days ago i found a July 19 2000 Windows Me Simp Chinese Tech Beta Special Edition CD in 闲鱼. I asked the seller to make an ISO image for me. Then I tested it and found it's all the same of Windows Me Simp Chinese Retail Box CD! the MD5, SHA1 and CRC32 are no different from the Retail version! But it was reported Windows Me Simp Chinese Retail shipped to market Oct 14 2000 in China.

It was released on 14th of October, this CD clearly says "Not For Resale" and "Technical Beta." It was never on shelves.

This technically isn't the RTM, even if the contents of the disc matches 100% with the RTM one.
It says 'Not for resale', so it was never meant to be... sold.
