[OFFER] Windows 2000 Beta 3, RC1, RC2, RC3

i have a windows 2000 beta 3 disk, Release candidate 1 disk, Release candidate 2 disk, and a release candidate 3 disk
how do i upload them, i read the rules but i dont really understand them (soooo many redirects)
I want to have access to all of the windows builds exclusive to here too.

(i dont have the disks they are in my garage and im getting them next week, i want to know how to ahead of time)

also what are msdn disks and do yall care about them?

What's the build number? Even if we already have the build on the FTP, it probably isn't an MDF dump, so you could still improve upon the current release we have, assuming it isn't already an MDF dump.

MSDN disks were disks sent out to people on the Microsoft Developer Network. They had developer copies of software, development tools, etc. We probably already have most of them dumped, but you can always do a search in the FTP database for the disks you have to see if we've got them or not.

You don't have to submit a beta to get access to the archive, you can submit any properly dumped software that follows the guidelines here. I believe a properly dumped beta should count for that, but mrpijey will have to confirm.

This community is very much alive. There isn't as much posting activity as there once was mainly because there is no longer an incentive to post as much as there was prior to the contributions requirement change in 2014, and also because the post-Windows 10 release practices has caused some people to no longer consider the beta scene as interesting as it previously was.

The FTP upload activity however is in full-gear, I think.

looks like the win2k builds you have are just 2031, 2072, 2128 and 2183 anyway
aka official win2k beta 3, rc1, rc2 and rc3

oh dang i forgot about this, i have found out that the RC1, RC2, and RC3 disks you peopl already have but i havent seen that specific Beta 3 disk anywhere [though it is still build 2031] Maybe there is something different with it>
