Got this from a russian website (Old-DOS) Similar to This one, only it focuses on old software for DOS and old Windows versions.
The VHD is bootable in both VMware and VirtualBox! (Also maybe in Hyper-V and MS Virtual PC)
I want FTP Access, so I decided to upload this "exclusive" thing!

Even if it was legit (it isn't, you need to build Windows CE yourself) and even if BA accepted preinstalled disk images (it doesn't, it would imply doing that with every single version of Windows, beta or not, and let's not forget about languages), it still wouldn't give you FTP Access because it requires to upload something in mdf/mds (or img for floppies, although Kyroflux or similar would be nice) with scans (this is most likely an oversimplification, point being "no random ISOs found online").
In other words, you somehow failed thrice in a single post.

Try finding some software you have and dump it. Then you could upload it.

Either you have an original physical disc by Microsoft (or anything that is remotely known internationally) in your possession that is not on the FTP server. If you do not, and are unable to find such things near you, then consider getting help of some sort if you are really desperate. Also as I have already told you, annoy them too much with your constant requests without having something original and you might risk being banned from FTP server application. As I have told you that twice already, I will consider you a troll if you continue to act as if you have not read viewtopic.php?t=32742 (the definitive guide to betaarchive) yet.

Hi there! I assume you're Russian too, just as me. So there is a quick guide how to get ftp access: just go to Avito and buy some CD game from early 2000s. For example, I got FPT access by sharing GTA2 cd mds/mdf (such games costs about 200 roubles or $3). Be sure it's official, not a pirated game. The whole operation can be done in one day. Get luck!
