This looks a bit like Windows Whistler 2462, Whistler 2296 does not have a simplified Chinese version as far as I know

Thank you for your corrections and tips , but I have not found information about the Chinese version of Windows Whistler 2410 on the Internet or on some Chinese Internet platforms (Tieba, Bilibili, Youku, etc.). You can see that they installed the English version of Build. 2410.
