What is the 1stylethumb.bmp in Longhorn 4039?

Post by TinaMeineKatze »

I've recently installed Longhorn 4039 again and looked into the C:\Windows\I386 folder.
There is a file called "1stylethumb.bmp".
I cannot easily copy it out of the VM, so I screenshotted it.

Also, I'm wondering what the "Bigfoot" button-image is for.

Does anyone know?

Yeah you were right. I was not even aware of that, thanks.

There are some other weird images that I cannot explain.

Like many city images. What were there for? Were they ever used?

Also this background I've never seen before:

To me it looks almost like some kind of profile selection screen. The text at the bottom looks like "Parent" to me, but i'm not sure why it would say that.

The Woman in the first picture is apparently "Shirley Andrews", though I'm not sure if this really means anything significant...

Do you mean this one and the right upper picture? It's way too small for me to recognize any details. How do you come to that conclusion?

Oops, I meant in the first city image. I found her name by using Reverse Image search on Google. Though I'm pretty sure it means nothing.
