Can I contribute free Software BETA?

Hi. I'm new to BetaArchive, and I want FTP Access. I know I must contribute my beta but can I contribute Software but does it like Microsoft Bob BETA, Yahoo Messenger Beta,.....?

You don't have to contribute a beta, just any software you own on floppy/CD/DVD.

Yes but they know that they have to contribute, to get access. They must have read that somewhere. So maybe there is still a page which mentions having to submit a beta to get access, which means that this page needs to be removed or replaced, that's why I asked
