[Offer] Windows XP SP1 and Office XP SP1 in spanish

I still have two disks of Windows XP Service Pack 1 on spanish and Office XP Service Pack 1 Spanish. I was used this disks for install Windows XP and Office XP on my older Intel Pentium 4 from 2001. The two disk are not genuine from Microsoft or oficial stores, but have this disks are still works .
Windows XP Service Pack 1 on spanish and Office XP Service Pack 1 Spanish actually are very rare to get.

I can publish this disks to the BetaArchive FTP?

But Windows XP SP1 and Office XP SP1 in spanish are very rare to get actually. On 2002/2003 I was not have money to buy a genuine copy of Windows XP and Office XP.

Also I have disks of Encarta 2007 and 2008.

Well, it's the site's rules, I didn't make them; however helping in various preservation projects, the answer is simple: CD-R copies are not always 100% proper copies (ie. 1:1) so they're considered tampered with and thus not valuable.
You can still upload it elsewhere if you really want to preserve these, like archive.org or some file hosting.
On a side note, Spanish is one of the most widespread languages for MS products after English, so it is unlikely these are really rare, but this is just from experience, maybe you're right

i can try to check if it was a Genuine CD or just a slipstreamed sp0 -> sp1 CD

your Office XP Sp1 (Spanish) was probably a slipstreamed / homebrew
have never seen that Microsoft release a Office XP with Sp1

this iso may be run for you, but it is totaly homebrew (One of the worst work I've ever seen)
it is a mix of
- RTM OEM (see eg eula) EULAID:WX.1_PRO_OEM_ES
- RTM SUPPORT AND VALUEADD FOLEEDER's
- slipstreamed sp1 (sp1a ?)
- key system from whatever (FPP or OEM) -> changed to VOL
- some files that dont belong to Microsoft

Probably is a RTM from 2001 or a modified SP1 version.

On a some hours I will have the Office XP sp1 uploaded

The CD description (On the CD-ROM, not on the Operating System) is "Office XP + SPack (I WAS CENSORED THE PRODUCT KEY FOR PREVENT PROBLEMS WITH BETAARCHIVE)"

Because this, probably is a SP1, SP2 or even SP3. And the CD not specify that Service Pack is.

On my country the hour is UTC -05, because this I reply very later.

Windows XP and Office XP do not officially exist with integrated SP1

This isn't original and essentially pointless. It has already been established that these builds are not suitable candidates for the FTP.
