Hi guys. I've found Microsoft lied to us. This may be first in the world which can installed RTM with UEFI. First, I've looked into Spanish, Greek, English and Turkish ISO files and I saw that "bootmgr.efi" file and "EFI" folder. Then, I opened inside of install.wim file with 7-zip. I saw \Windows\Boot\EFI folders and I've took whole folder. Next, I've created "Boot" folder inside "EFI" folder on USB. After that, I've extracted \Windows\Boot\EFI folder into "Boot" folder. Finally, I've renamed "bootmgfw.efi" to "bootx64.efi."
Thanks for reading this guide. I hope you liked this topic, thanks.

Using beta files, you can boot Vista 32bit in 32Bit pure UEFI platforms (so far i have only seen some Acer's and "bailtrail" (baytrail ) nettops offering that). What you can't do is boot 32bit vista versions in the more common UEFI 64bit machines using these files. Unlike BIOS boot, you can only boot 32bit OSs in 32Bit UEFI machines, and 64bit OSs in 64Bit UEFI machines. In pure UEFI boot mode, firmware bitness has to match OS bitness.
