How to install Windows codename Freestyle?

First install Longhorn 3718 and then install Windows Media Center?

The components can be added from the Add or Remove Programs in the Control Panel under the name of "Freestyle". When prompted for the second disc, it should be pointed to the D:\I386 directory of the installation media
