actually it's been leaked a long time ago by a user whose name I don't know.

yeah I know, I'm just sharing about the screenshoot and this https://betawiki.net/wiki/Windows_2000_build_1723.1 doesnt have screnshoot on it..

Version Outlook Express 5.00.0011
It is very similar to 5.00.1729
Some places have "Beta 2" branding.
5.00.1723 is last leaked build of 1997 (15 Dec 1997)
