Hello, I have a Chinese Windows Server 2012 R2 Build 9431 ISO file. But I want to change it to English. I tried to add this language pack but didn't work: Windows Server 2012 R2 Build 9600 English Language Pack. Is there a English language pack for Windows Server 2012 R2 Build 9431? If there is, Where I can find it (Except BetaArchive FTP Server)?

Try adding English language pack using Control Panel > Clock, language and region > Language (make sure you're connected to the internet)
