Why I can't re-archive the .rar file?

Post by I have not a name »

Hello, I will upload a file for FTP. But I can't re-compress the .rar file as .rar. Do you accept these extensions? .7z, .zip, etc.
First RAR file: media_iso.rar
Second RAR file: Microsoft Windows XP ("Whistler" 5.1.2600.5512) (2008-04-13) (SP3) [German].rar

Which file? That file named "media_iso.rar"? I don't think mrpijey will accept this file with this name.

If you put it in a folder named after the release it's fine. I don't want rars in rars as I have to unpack things in stages...

Can I divide the .iso file by 150.00 MB and upload all of the parts? It gets failed after uploading some of the file.
