Can't install Windows 7 Build 6469

Hi, I am trying to install Windows 7 Build 6469 but when I boot it up it crashes. Here is the image of the blue screen: https://www.betaarchive.com/imageupload ... .57493.png

Here are the specs of the VM:

3GB RAM
8 CPU Cores
100GB Storage

I am using VMware Workstation 14.

Can someone find a way to fix this please?

Hard disk type?
Bring down cores to 1 as a test.

Create the VM using VMware 11 compatibility mode or older, newer ones will fail to boot the build

I used 1 CPU Core and I converted the VM to VMware 11 compatibility mode and it boots up!

That's why I keep an old computer around for this purpose. I know any beta build from 3.1 to 10 will work on most, especially an Acer Aspire or Acer TravelMate from around 2007 (the ones that came with Windows Vista pre-installed). I have a TravelMate with an 80GB hard drive, and works well with Windows 8 build 8059 (I believe that's what I have installed on it presently). You can find one of these for like $15-$20 on Amazon or Ebay or whatever. This can be better than a virtual machine such as VirtualBox or VMWare.
