[REQUEST] IBM Ultimedia System CD

Good evening. Anybody has an IBM Ultimedia System CD which was bundled with some IBM PS/2 models? :$
According to PCmag, that CD included OS/2 2.0, DOS 5.0 and IBM version of Windows 3.0 with Multimedia Extensions along with some additional software.

P.S. Since CD for Tandy version of Windows with Multimedia Extension has a lot of apps, I think there should be boot floppies for installation.
