How to enable DCE on Windows Longhorn 3683?

Hi everyone, today I'm browsing in Longhorn.ms Windows Longhorn 3683 is DCE says, how do I enable?

Try rundll32 c:\windows\system32\uxdesk.dll,DCEStart to start DCE and rundll32 c:\windows\system32\uxdesk.dll,DCEStop to stop it. 3718 had an option to control DCE in Desktop Properties, but I'm not sure if 3683 had it.

DCE in 3683 might be tricky to run. IIRC only parts of the DCE were implemented in 3683 so there might be some missing files. I've never tried enabling it, though. Test it and send us your results!

No, install it on a physical machine. Install everything before 3715 on physical machine. Some early builds do have DCE and AFAIK, they only work on physical machines. Also, DCE won't make much difference and it increase memory usage plus making your computer hang more often (if I remembered correctly).
