What build of Longhorn was used in the Longhorn 2002 videos?

These are not actual builds but just concepts made (possibly) on Macromedia flash or something like that.

Thanks, it just looks so similar to the other Longhorn builds, so I thought it was a real build.

but closest to it youll get in build 3718 with new taskbar enabled
