changing text trough out windows 10

Alright, I'm sure I'm not the only person that dislikes this. But I really hate windows' 10 unprofessional demeanor. Especially 'You need some updates' balloon tip, and 'working on it' in windows explorer. Does anyone know how to change these to a desired text?

Urrr... This is very hard if not impossible. Some of those are located in the mui files and some will be hard coded into the shell and action/notification center.

You should ask in a forum covering Windows 10 support, this is a beta and abandonware preservation forum, and Windows 10 is not yet abandonware.
