csgo beta wont start

Downloaded csgo beta from ftp server.

When I run csgo.exe, after intro videos, for some time I wait (with main menu's background only) then it quits.

Any solution/help ?

sorry for late reply but the reason it won't start is because Valve's DRM CEG. There's a Discord group dedicated for CSGO Betas and with their help i managed to patch up (technically ported) the oldest CSGO Beta from November 2011.
This is the demonstration of that port made along with the Discord CSGO Community Researchers, our discord link is present in the videos pinned comments.
