I've picked up an HP Integrity i2000 workstation which is an early gen Itanium system. For HP-UX it appears to only be support by two special releases which are 11i v1.5 (11.20) and 11i v1.6 (11.22). Unfortunately I don't have these versions, but hopefully someone else does. Thanks! :D

I have 11i v1.5 11.20 (3 cd images: Install, Apps, DSK for ia64. Never tried it though since I lack the hardware).

Unknown source, so I guess it doesn't qualify for FTP, and it's too big for Mega. PM me for link.
