How to port the Welcome Screen to Windows Server 2003?
I think it's moving the logonui.exe but I'm not sure, anyway it could be as easy as that because Windows XP x64 is .NET based, and it has welcome sreen, buit what sould I do?

look for xpconv.exe, it's floating around the internet and web.archive.org around dead links. I will upload when I get home if you don't find it then.
