As it pertains to unique releases..

I would love to apply for FTP access and also love to contribute whatever I may be able to. However, to get FTP access, one of the criteria is that you must contribute a "unique release".

So what I'm wondering is, how can I make sure that what I'm contributing is unique? I don't want to try to upload something if it will only be deleted because it already exists on the servers. Is there a list somewhere that I can reference for this purpose?

I say he should check the listings and then just upload what's unique and abandonware according to the official guideline.

Just because we have it doesn't mean its 100% up to standard. We'll accept stuff we already have if its better quality than the version we have and/or has scans.
