[Suggestion] Integrate accounts and use capabilities

So as a new user I accept my views will maybe be frowned upon, but Hi. I Joined yesterday, after learning a Windows leak was posted here. I was surprised at the separation of services on the site. Essentially it must make being admin hard. Maybe you are used to it, IDK.

What you could do instead of having different services is have a single user-service shared between parts (Wiki, FTP etc) and use capabilities to shield access. It's the same end-result, but you'd have one place to manage it. Anyway just a thought, hope you are enjoying the weekend.
