[Offer] 2 CD-ROM titles

Hello, BetaArchive!

Today I have found some disks with following games:
Backyard Soccer MLS Edition (2000-09-02) [English];
Microsoft Encarta (1993-03-07) [English]

Can these programs be used as my FTP Contribution? As I can see, they doesn't seem to be on BA FTP.

These are originals, here are the scans:

As you can see, the green disc is Backyard Soccer MLS Edition, while the red disc is MS Encarta.

There are more scans in the files I prepped for the FTP.
