Uploading files to the server

Hello, I'm quite new to this forum so I'm asking for advice. I have older games that I would like to upload to the FTP server, but I'm not quite sure about it. Sorry if there are mistakes as English is not my native language. I have added two offer threads of games I would like to upload, but do the offers have to be accepted before I can upload them?

They don't have to be accepted before you can upload them. You can make the offers and upload them at the same time and I'll check them.
