Windows 8 Build 7989 Problem

I downloaded this release from the FTP, but on both, the setup.exe is either the 7600 version or the 7850 version. Where can I find the original setup?

You can't, actually, because this build was only ever leaked with the 7600 WinPE, if I remember correctly. If you really want a late 79xx WinPE (which is practically identical to 7600's in the case of a clean install, anyway, like all earlier Windows 8 builds), you can try 7963 or 7973. However, the upgrade process itself is different, so I assume that's what you are looking for, and you will find what you are looking for in those builds. I don't think that the original 7989 would have a very different upgrade process either.

I am talking about the upgrade process, and both builds on the FTP(volume and retail) have either the 7850 upgrade process or the 7600 upgrade process. I downloaded this build in late 2015 and it had the 7989 upgrade process. Unfortunately, my HDD with that build died. I cannot find the upgrade process from 7989 in either of those builds.
