You need to have implicit FTP over TLS. Or maybe you just need to wait for the server to apply changes. Try now.

I doubt this will help, but try fixing the permissions.

Then it may be a server side issue. Contact mrpijey.

One other thing: regenerate the password. You might have copied some of the spaces by accident.

It must be your password that is incorrect or your permissions may need updating. Click both buttons and try again. Remember it takes 2 minutes to update the settings.

I've sent you a PM with a manually set password. I can't see any reason why you can't connect other than you're entering some details incorrectly.

Still no dice... Though i've found an interesting anomaly.

The filezilla client reports a different IP than what this site reports..

Connecting to probe.filezilla-project.org
Connection established, waiting for welcome message.
Response: 220 FZ router and firewall tester ready
USER FileZilla
Response: 331 Give any password.
PASS 3.23.0.2
Response: 230 logged on.
Checking for correct external IP address
IP 10.0.0.2 ba-a-a-c
Response: 510 Mismatch. Your IP is 107.77.164.52, bah-hh-bge-fc
Wrong external IP address
Connection closed

I smell ISP tampering!

Google what is my IP and see if it matches the FTP page. If it does you're good to go. If not then something is wong with your ISP and how it routes your connection.

Yep. ISP tampering. Proxy on HTTP(S).

Port 80 test successful!
Your IP: 107.77.173.1

Port 50000 test successful!

Ok I've set the IP to allow the last two parts of your IP as wildcards. If you ever hit IP lock it'll clear it, so don't! If your IP changed significantly you'll have to get in touch again. You can use update password and permissions but not IP lock.
