Discovery in 2416

I took the explorer.exe from Microsoft Windows Codename Whistler Build 2416, opened it with Resource Hacker, did a little bit of digging, and I found the following bitmap:

I have not seen this exact start menu in any leaked builds. Is it a prototype, or was it used in any compiled builds?

AFAIK this was posted before, it's just a concept or whatever.

Indeed. IIRC it was ultimately concluded it's just a concept and not actuall in any of the leaked builds.
