Solaris 8 source code?

Sun did distribute the source code for Solaris 8. It seems there were some restrictions, but I haven't found a description of the details.

I have found binary distributions of Solaris 8, but not the source. Has anyone seen such a package?

I'm pretty sure there's some Solaris source code on the FTP. I'm not sure which version it is though, and I can't access the FTP from work so I can't check right now...

It probably is, but that's likely not where OP found it. That place (OP's), however, might (remote possibility, but still...) other stuff that's not on the FTP, so it wouldn't hurt to look around there.
