Here's an archive of all the 386 Xenix kits, applications and extras that I've been able to put together with the help of many people.
This package contains:
Xenix Runtime System 2.3.4
Development System(386) 2.3.0
GCC 1.40 & 2.5.8 with Make 3.68
CGI 1.1.0
Text Processing 2.3.0
Manual Pages 2.3.0
VP/ix 1.2.0 vpix
TCP/IP Runtime 1.2.0
Streams Runtime 1.0.0
MS Word 5.1.1 for Xenix
MS Multiplan 2.201 for Xenix
MS Pascal Compiler for Xenix
MS Basic for Xenix
SCO FoxPro+ for Xenix
SCO Office Portfolio (Lyrix, Professional, Integra)
Microfocus VS Cobol 1.2
SCO Games
SCO Public Domain Supplement
SLS patches including xnx427d Y2k patches
Miscellaneous ported software from internet repositories
Precompiled copy of the MGR windowing system from Bellcore. This runs on VGA with a serial mouse. In theory a bus mouse or a PS/2 (aka "keyboard mouse") mouse will work as well. su to root then at the top of the distribution edit the makefile as desired and type "make installasroot".
XenixSerials.txt - there may be errors in these.
The archive can be found here:

Enjoy and help keep old software from vanishing.

Re: [Offer] SCO Xenix 386 and Extras
Thank you! That is most interesting
I upload stuff to archive.org from time to time. See here for everything that doesn't fit BA
Re: [Offer] SCO Xenix 386 and Extras
Thank you very much, that is the most interesting package to preserve.
Re: [Offer] SCO Xenix 386 and Extras
I am not trying to backseat moderate and/or administrate but If it is not altered and if that is original untouched and unaltered raw dump of disk images then it can be uploaded to the FTP provided it include scanned cover art and floppy disk images for authenticity purposes.MacFan wrote:As it is abandonware can we upload it to the FTP?
Re: [Offer] SCO Xenix 386 and Extras
By the way which emulator will run Xenix/386 now?
Re: [Offer] SCO Xenix 386 and Extras
Qemu 1.5.1 does a good job for me. There is a link to a blog page with good instructions within the .NFO file in the archive.
My goal is to get it all running on hardware once the "new to me" old laptop arrives

For what services Antoni Sawicki gave it to you ?There is a link to a blog page with good instructions within the .NFO file in the archive.
Using Qemu in the MGR do you able manipulate mouse ?
Re: [Offer] SCO Xenix 386 and Extras
He gave me the MGR sources in the hope I'd get it running. I didn't get anything else from him. In the end, I got everything elsewhere.
As for MGR itself, I am not able to get it to respond to a mouse in QEMU. My goal is to run it in hardware though.
